At Fukuvi USA we take pride in our work and our products, always making sure that the process and ingredients used during manufacturing are of high quality and meet our own high standard.

We work closely with our customers during the design process to ensure that we clearly understand their quality requirements. Quality tolerances are then reviewed and mutually confirmed with the customer before tooling is produced.

During the extrusion process, product measurements are checked at regular intervals on our digital scanning equipment. This ensures the most accurate and precise dimensional checking possible, and also allows for easy and effective retrieval of quality records.

We understand how important quality is to our customers, and all of our processes have been developed with quality in mind.
